Petiki Plus Subscription Terms

These terms are part of the Terms of Use and apply to Petiki Plus.
1. Plans and benefits

All plans include the same benefits: coins, 30% off eggs, advanced statistics and the weekly letter. Benefits may grow over time; existing benefits are not reduced during a paid period.
2. Price and payment
- The current price is shown on the purchase screen and in the store, in your local currency including taxes. The amount charged and the billing period are clearly shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (for a free trial, when the trial ends).
- Price changes follow the store's rules; Apple and Google notify existing subscribers in advance and ask for consent where required.
3. Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Free trial
- The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial, subject to the store's eligibility rules (usually if you have not used this trial before).
- Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid yearly subscription and the yearly price is charged.
- During the trial all Plus benefits are active, but monthly coins are not granted; coins start with the first paid period.
- If you cancel during the trial you keep Plus until the trial ends and are not charged.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Petiki, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Petiki, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Deleting the app or your Petiki account does not cancel your subscription.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play under its refund policy. Plus is a digital service whose performance starts immediately with your consent; where the law allows, the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply once it has started. This does not affect store refund policies or your statutory rights. If a payment is refunded, coins granted for that period may be removed and Plus ends for that period.
7. When Plus ends
When Plus ends (cancellation, failed payment or refund), Plus benefits stop. Coins, eggs, pets and items you already earned stay with you. Your statistics are not deleted and become available again if you resubscribe.
8. Restore and new devices
Your subscription is tied to your store account. On a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account or Google account and tap Restore purchases. If you subscribe as a guest and later link your account, the subscription moves to the linked account.
